Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager AI/ML. The Project Manager (AI Projects Focus) will be responsible for driving project velocity, instilling enthusiasm and accountability within the team, and enforcing strict deadlines to ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives. This role requires expertise in managing AI projects, conducting test-eval cycles, and maintaining team momentum. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills, technical knowledge of AI systems, and the ability to inspire a high-performance culture within the team.

Job Responsibilities:

Velocity Management:
- Continuously monitor and accelerate project velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
- Ensure all team members are consistently productive, with clear and actionable tasks.
- Set and enforce strict deadlines, ensuring timely sprint completion.

Team Motivation and Leadership:
- Foster enthusiasm within the team by celebrating milestones and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Act as a motivator and mentor, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals.
- Encourage accountability and ownership of tasks among team members.

AI Project Expertise:
- Leverage knowledge of AI development processes to guide teams through complex projects.
