- Global HR Operations, Payroll & AnalyticsRole PurposeThis role will be responsible for managing global HR operations, payroll coordination, budgeting, and HR analytics across multiple geographies. The position will ensure financial accuracy, process efficiency, and data-driven insights, while supporting strategic initiatives like M&A; and GCC setup .Key Responsibilities1. Payroll & Payment Coordination (Global)Manage end-to-end payroll coordination and debit note processing for geographies including Vietnam, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, FWA, Sri Lanka, and the UKPrepare, review, and validate payment statements ensuring alignment with payroll inputs and approvalsCoordinate with Finance teams for timely and accurate disbursementEnsure timely communication of payment confirmations to country HR teams2. SAP Transactions & Budget ManagementCreate and manage Fund Reservation Notes (FRNs) in SAP as per approved budgetsMonitor budget utilization and maintain trackers to ensure adherenceSupport reconciliation and tracking of HR expenses across geographies3. HR Costing & Provision ReportingPrepare and review monthly HR cost reports for Finance and Corporate HRMaintain HR provision tracker to ensure accurate accrualsAnalyze and highlight cost variances and provide actionable insights4. HR MIS & Workforce AnalyticsPrepare and maintain monthly HR MIS covering headcount, joiners, leavers, gender, tenure for distributors and subsidiariesSupport BRSR reporting (wage ratios, training data, engagement metrics)Analyze attrition trends, workforce movement, and cost optimization opportunitiesProvide HR analytics for monthly business reviewsTrack and report key workforce health indicators (MPC to BTO, rolling attrition)5. M&A; SupportSupport HR due diligence activities for M&A; projectsAssist in workforce data validation and cost modeling6. GCC & HRIS SupportProvide data support for Global Capability Center (GCC) setup initiativesSupport implementation and ongoing enhancement of HRIS systemsKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of global payroll coordination & HR operationsExperience in SAP (FRN, budgeting, cost tracking)Solid analytical capabilities in HR MIS and data reportingKnowledge of financial controls, budgeting, and costingExposure to GCC setup and global HR modelsAdvanced Excel and reporting skillsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationExperience & Qualifications6–12+ years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll / HR Analytics / Shared ServicesExperience handling multi-country operations preferredMBA / Postgraduate in HR / Finance / Operations preferred Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mhocy
