Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused New Product Development (NPD) Manager to lead end-to-end product innovation and development initiatives at Pintola. The candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing innovative food products, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product launches aligned with brand and business goals.About the RoleJob Title: New Product Development (NPD) ManagerDepartment: Research & Development (R&D;) / Product InnovationLocation: Prantij, GujaratKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end new product development projects from concept to commercial launch.Develop innovative and market-relevant food products aligned with consumer trends and business strategy.Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis.Work on product formulation, ingredient selection, and taste optimization.Coordinate product trials, pilot batches, and production scale-up activities.Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Procurement, Quality, Packaging, and Sales teams.Ensure products comply with FSSAI and applicable food safety regulations.Manage multiple product development projects simultaneously.Maintain product documentation, recipes, costing sheets, and technical specifications.Optimize product cost while maintaining quality standards.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, or related field.4–8 years of experience in New Product Development within FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry.Experience in spreads, peanut butter, healthy snacks, protein-based products, or health foods will be preferred.Robust understanding of food ingredients and product formulation.Excellent project management and coordination skills.Creative mindset with market awareness.Note: Freshers are not eligible to apply.Education – Masters in Food TechnologyExperience – 04 Years to 08 YearsLocation – Prantij, GujaratEmail – ite – Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mj422
