Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint Developer to support the day-to-day and maintenance of IAM platform solutions that meet business requirements, policies, and standards. He/she is required design solutions that integrate with the current IAM platform, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and integration of applications for authentication and authorization.
Competencies: Prepares accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, including workflows, processes, requirements, and gap analysis. On-board applications into the SailPoint IIQ platform and integrate with provisioning plans. Coordinate with change management to test, validate, evaluate current applications and functions to ensure information adheres to requirements and business needs. Works on a diverse range of problems, moderate to significant in scope, where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, an understanding of current business and technological trends, and knowledge of organizational objectives and political dynamics. Exercises judgment as a seasoned professional with a full understanding of industry best practices and established policies and procedures. Applies advanced technical expertise to provide input to technology direction and methodologies.
