Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Graphic Designer role based in Ahmedabad. The Jr. Graphic Designer will support the creative team in designing visual assets for brand identities, logos, marketing collateral, social media, and digital experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating briefs into visual concepts, preparing design variations, selecting and refining typography, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also involves collaborating with senior designers, copywriters, and strategists, preparing files for print and digital production, and updating existing assets based on feedback. The Jr. Graphic Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, stay current with design trends, and contribute to delivering high-quality creative work on schedule. Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, visually engaging layouts.
- Capability in Logo Design and Branding to support the creation and refinement of distinctive brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including hierarchy, legibility, and pairing for both digital and print outputs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and consistency across projects.
- Ability to take feedback constructively, iterate quickly, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio workplace.
- Basic knowledge of digital formats and assets for web, social media, and presentations is preferred.
