US Accountant– GAAP&Client Communication, Bhavnagar

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of US accounting and GAAP principles to work with our US-based client. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be confident interacting directly with US clients over calls and meetings.This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, professional, and comfortable working in US business hours. Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day accounting activities for US clients - Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations - Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and financial reports- Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards - Coordinate and communicate directly with US clients - Handle month-end and year-end accounting processes - Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations - Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely deliverablesRequirements - 3 to 4+ years of accounting experience - Strong understanding of US GAAP principles - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Ability to independently communicate with US clients - Good knowledge of accounting processes and financial reporting - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Working Hours - US Shift: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST - Monday to Friday (5 days working) Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with US clients or US accounting firms - Knowledge of QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar accounting software- Commerce or Accounting degree preferred Location - Ahmedabad / Work Mode– Onsite Why Join Us? - Opportunity to work directly with US clients - Stable Monday to Friday work schedule - Growth-oriented work environment - Exposure to international accounting practices Interested candidates can share resume on or can send on Whatsapp to 97241 60089
