Manager - R&D Job Location : Chhatral (Ahmedabad) Looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Executive– R&D specializing in semi-solid cosmetic formulations. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, stable, and compliant products such as creams, gels, ointments, and lotions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize semi-solid cosmetic formulations - Conduct product development trials and scale-up - Perform stability studies - Ensure regulatory compliance - Raw material evaluation and compatibility studies - Tech transfer to manufacturing - Coordinate with production, QA, and marketing - Cost optimization and product improvement - Support new product development (NPD)- Semi-solid formulation expertise - Product development&scale-up - Stability study&documentation - Regulatory knowledge - Problem-solving&analytical skills -Polymer Rheology Required Qualifications: - B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Cosmetics / Pharmaceutics) - 6–12 years experience in cosmetic/pharma R&D - Knowledge of emulsions, rheology, formulation techniques - Experience in lab-scale and pilot-scale batches Contact Rina Arun 9904322770
