The principals and founders of Relay Human Cloud have been focused on delivering high-quality operations in cutting-edge companies for their entire careers.About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong experience in real estate financial analysis. The role involves financial modelling, investment analysis, and performance tracking, with a key focus on using ARGUS for property-level analysis and valuation support.Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain detailed financial models for real estate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions. - Analyse cash flows, returns, IRR, NPV, sensitivity scenarios, and deal structures. - Conduct market research and analyse economic trends, rent comps, and sales comps.- Assist in underwriting commercial or multifamily real estate investments across various asset types. - Prepare investment summaries, pitch decks, and internal/external presentations. - Collaborate with internal teams (Acquisitions, Asset Management, Accounting) to support decision-making. - Participate in due diligence, including reviewing leases, financials, and third-party reports.- Monitor the performance of existing assets and update financial models accordingly. - Support senior leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (MBA or Master’s a plus). - 2–5 years of experience in real estate financial analysis or underwriting.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced financial modeling skills. - Familiarity with real estate investment metrics (IRR, Cap Rate, DSCR, etc.). - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Experience with Argus, CoStar, or other real estate tools is a plus.Preferred Experience: - Background in commercial real estate, multifamily, office, industrial, or retail assets. - Exposure to private equity, REITs, brokerage, or real estate investment firms. - Familiarity with underwriting both stabilized and value-add opportunities.
