Engagement Calendar and its execution at site Ensure 100% participation of employees in Employee engagement survey Performance Management System (Yearly objective setting, MYR&Final reviews) Drive Talent Management activities at site Execute Rewards&Recognition– Scheme at site Preparing Annual Training Plan and execute the same Drive BPS L&D Pillar activities Preparing Monthly MIS&HR Dashboard for Review. Ensure Contract Labour deployment as per Plant requirement. Knowledge And Skills Interview process, Training process in manufacturing set up. MS. Office&success factor Education&Experience MBA/MSW/MLW/LLB- HR, having 6 to 10 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Setup.
