Job Description- Lead HR and administration operations for the manufacturing site - Manage employee engagement, retention, and workforce discipline - Ensure compliance with labour laws, the factories Act, and statutory requirements - Oversee contractual manpower management and contractor coordination- Partner with the Site Head on people matters and site workforce planning - Lead and manage a 15-20 member HR&Admin team The Successful Applicant Manufacturing/plant HR background, strong compliance exposure. MBA HR preferred (MSW/LLB ok). Hindi mandatory; Gujarati a plus.
