The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Additional tasks include performance management, training and development, and maintaining comprehensive HR records.Qualifications - Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent management - Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor regulations - Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution - Skills in training, development, and fostering workforce engagement- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in HR software and tools - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM or PHR) are a strong plus - Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is beneficial- Must fluently speak in english , hindi , Gujarati - Must know HRMS software working nature - Must have experience in API/ Formulation pharmaceutical companies
