What You’ll Own: ✔ End-to-end inventory management (Stock accuracy, Ageing, DOH, Stock Health)✔ Shrinkage control — loss identification, SOP implementation, audits&corrective actions✔ Complete dark store operations — inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns&reconciliation✔ KPI ownership: Fill Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Shrink %, Productivity&SLA adherence✔ Manpower planning — rostering, productivity tracking&performance management✔ Escalation handling — inventory mismatches, operational disruptions, manpower gaps ✔ Process compliance, safety&operational excellence across shifts✔ Training&capability building for scalable execution✔ Data-driven bottleneck identification&continuous improvement Who We’re Looking For: 1–5 yrs in Warehouse / Dark Store / Retail / E-commerce Ops Strong knowledge of Cycle Count, Inventory Audits, Shrinkage Team handling experience Ideal Background: Professionals currently working in: Quick Commerce E-commerce Fulfillment CentersDark Stores Retail Supply Chain 3PL&Logistics Operations Last Mile Operations If you’re managing high-velocity inventory environments and driving operational KPIs daily we want to connect.
