Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA).

• Experience: 15–20 years in Finance, with at least 5 years in a Leadership/GM role within a Chemical or Agrochemical company.

• Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team of professionals.

• Key Attributes:

o Solid management skills for cash flows and P&L.;

o Expertise in manufacturing-linked Plant Finance and Strategic Pricing.

o Highly skilled in Financial Analysis and Business Partnering.

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and growth-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to steer the financial and strategic direction of our agrochemical business. As a Chartered Accountant with substantial leadership experience, you will be responsible for building a resilient financial framework that supports rapid scaling. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Market Engagement

• Maintain a positive mindset toward growth, identifying financial opportunities to scale manufacturing and market reach.

• Travel is mandatory to engage with major vendors and key customers; you will act as a strategic partner to build high-value business relationships and develop long-term growth initiatives.

• Advise the Board on capital allocation, M&A;, and strategic investments to drive competitive advantage in the agrochemical sector.

Specialized Cash & Working Capital Management

• Demonstrate deep familiarity with industry-specific cash cycles, including managing the high volatility and seasonality inherent in the crop protection market.

• Take ownership of cash flow management, ensuring the company maintains optimal liquidity at all times.
