Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead / Manager – Property Accounting to lead and scale a high-performing offshore accounting team supporting USbased real estate clients. This role requires a robust blend of technical expertise, people leadership, and client-facing capabilities. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end property accounting operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, drive process excellence, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and the offshore team. This role is critical to maintaining service quality, developing talent, and ensuring seamless delivery from day one.
