As a quick-growing D2C brand, we aim to deliver a warm and reliable customer experience alongside products our customers genuinely love.Role Description :We're hiring Customer Support Executives for BabliLocation: Khokhra (Near Maninagar), AhmedabadFull-time, On-siteWe're looking for people who are:- Good at Hindi & English communication- Comfortable handling WhatsApp, Instagram, email & customer call support- Calm, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented while handling customers- Familiar with Shopify, Shiprocket, Delhivery, Unicommerce, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp API tools like Interakt, Bitespeed, Spur, etc.Freshers can apply.
