Digital Asset Management (DAM) Manager (Bhavnagar)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced DAM Manager to organize, govern, and optimize enterprise digital assets across marketing, studio production, and IT teams. The role focuses on asset lifecycle management, metadata governance, DAM system administration, and workflow optimization in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital asset organization and structured categorization (images, videos, documents, etc.)
- Metadata tagging and taxonomy management to improve searchability
- Asset ingestion and quality control in collaboration with stakeholders
- DAM system administration (user access, roles, permissions)
- Asset distribution, publishing, and archival management
- Workflow optimization and automation initiatives
- Version control and asset lifecycle maintenance
- User training and DAM best practice guidance
- Reporting on asset usage, adoption, and performance metrics
- Staying updated with DAM trends and emerging technologies Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Library Science, Digital Media, or related field
- 5+ years of DAM experience
- Experience with enterprise DAM tools (Tenovos, Orange Logic, Sitecore, AEM, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of metadata standards and asset taxonomy
- Good understanding of digital media formats and conversions
- Basic Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Lightroom)
- Capture One experience is a plus
- FileMaker Pro exposure is a plus
- Robust Excel skills (formulas, reporting; VBA/macros preferred)
- Basic Python/API knowledge is advantageous
