Role Overview Lead end‑to‑end development, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects (wind, hybrid, BESS) within the IPP vertical. Provide interim oversight of EPC functions to ensure seamless execution, cost efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Project lifecycle management from concept to commissioning
- EPC oversight ensuring cost, quality, and schedule adherence
- Team leadership across engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE
- Vendor management including tendering, negotiation, and performance monitoring
- Budget control with CAPEX/OPEX review and approvals
- Stakeholder coordination with authorities, utilities, investors, and partners
- Risk management with contingency planning

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil); Master’s preferred (MBA/Project Management/Energy Systems)
- renewable energy projects, 5+ years in senior leadership/project head role
- Proven track record in large‑scale wind/hybrid/BESS projects (IPP/EPC)
- Robust commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and regulatory compliance expertise
