Job: Technical Manager, Bhilai

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our talented engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for identifying bugs, and the capacity to suggest innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and growth.

- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to ensure team members are achieving their potential.

- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, retaining, and developing engineering talent.

2. Code Review & Quality Assurance:

- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, system reliability, and performance.

- Foster a culture of code excellence and enforce best practices and standards.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure communication is clear and effective, aligning the engineering team's goals with the company's strategic objectives.

4. Problem Identification & Solution Design:

- Sharply identify bugs and issues within the systems, ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently.

- Suggest and implement robust solutions for complex problem statements, driving innovation and excellence.

5. Project Management:

- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Utilize agile methodologies to ensure flexible and adaptive planning, development, and delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role in a technical environment.

- Strong technical background with experience in Javascript, PHP, and their frameworks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
