Solar Plant Incharge (Durg)

Job Title: Solar Plant Incharge We are looking for a results-driven and proactive professional to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader capable of managing a team, handling external vendors, and ensuring all administrative and operational records are meticulously maintained. You will be the "bridge" between strategy and execution, ensuring the team stays on track and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Execution: Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to ensure all daily tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors; negotiate terms, oversee service delivery, and maintain strong professional relationships (Liaisoning).
- Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks or technical glitches and implement quick, effective troubleshooting solutions to minimize downtime.
- Data & Record Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of operations, inventory, or project milestones to ensure full transparency and audit readiness.
- Performance Generation: Focus on the "overall generation" of results, ensuring that operational outputs meet or exceed company KPIs. Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in operations, team management, or a similar supervisory role.
- Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaisoning.
- Strong analytical thinking for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Proficiency in maintaining digital records and reports (Excel/ERP knowledge is a plus). Compensation & Advantages
- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance). Pay: ₹50,000.00
