Position: Foundry In-charge

Company: Leading Melting & Foundry shop unit specializing in high-quality castings for industries like construction, and engineering. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Melting & Foundry Shop operations, including arc furnace management and alloy mixing
- Ensure molten metal quality through tests, inspections, and composition monitoring
- Supervise high-quality casting production and ensure proper mold/core usage
- Train and lead junior staff while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment
- Maintain detailed process, production, and quality records for reporting Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Metallurgy or related field
- 10
- 12 years of foundry experience; knowledge of arc furnace operation preferred
- Expertise in metallurgy, casting processes, leadership, and problem-solving
