Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and technically-minded Solar O&M; (Operations & Maintenance) Technician to join our site team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical upkeep, performance monitoring, and safety compliance of our solar power plant to ensure maximum energy generation and equipment longevity.

Key Responsibilities Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance DC Side Checks: Perform regular lug tightening on junction boxes and inverters to prevent hotspots. String & Cable Inspection: Conduct routine string checking and cable joint inspections to identify voltage drops or wear-and-tear. Panel Optimization: Change and adjust solar panel degrees/tilt according to seasonal schedules to optimize sunlight capture. Monitoring & Reading Meter Management: Daily recording of energy meter readings and inverter data. General Monitoring: Keep a constant watch on plant health through SCADA systems or manual site walks to identify any malfunctions early. Safety & Record Keeping Documentation: Maintain accurate record-keeping logbooks for all maintenance, generation data, and visitor entries. Fire Safety: Regularly inspect and maintain fire safety equipment (extinguishers, sand buckets) and ensure the site is free of dry grass or flammable debris. Candidate Requirements Qualification: 12th Pass. (Candidates with an ITI in Electrician or Wireman trades will be given preference). Technical Skills: Ability to use basic tools (spanners, torque wrenches) and electrical testing equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
