· Native Ads) Company: Gividreams LLC Type: Full-Time | Remote About the Role We're a fast-growing digital products e-commerce company running multiple Shopify stores across niches like faith-based content, parenting education, math resources, and wellness. We're looking for a performance-obsessed, multi-platform Media Buyer who can own and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, AppLovin, NewsBreak, and Native Ad networks — six very different channels that together cover intent-based search, viral discovery, mobile gaming audiences, news-feed traffic, and programmatic native placements. This is a power-user role for someone who thrives in multi-platform chaos , moves fast between auction dynamics and creative formats, and never loses sight of ROAS. Responsibilities Platform Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube
- TikTok Ads — Spark Ads, In-Feed, Video Shopping Ads
- Snapchat Ads — Story Ads, Collection Ads, Dynamic Ads
- AppLovin — MAX mediation, mobile-first performance campaigns
- NewsBreak Ads — Native display and sponsored content campaigns targeting US news audiences
- Native Ads — Taboola, Outbrain, or similar DSPs for content-driven discovery traffic
- Manage daily ad budgets across all platforms with an aggressive test-and-scale mindset Technical Setup & Tracking
- Own full pixel and tracking setup: Google Tag Manager, GA4, TikTok Pixel + Events API, Snap Pixel + CAPI, AppLovin SDK events, NewsBreak Pixel, and Native network tracking tags
- Manage Google Merchant Center product feeds and Shopping catalog health
- Debug conversion tracking across all platforms — you don't wait for the dev team Creative & Audience Strategy
- Build keyword and intent strategies for Google Search (match types, negatives, search term mining)
- Drive rapid creative testing on TikTok and Snapchat — brief UGC creators, spot trending sounds and formats, iterate rapid
- Write and test native ad headlines and thumbnails for NewsBreak and Native networks — native creative is a different skill and you know it
- Understand AppLovin's audience — mobile-first, in-app users — and brief creatives accordingly
- Collaborate with the creative team for platform-native assets: UGC videos, vertical stories, static banners, and advertorials Performance & Reporting
- Monitor platform-specific KPIs daily:
- Google: ROAS, Quality Score, Impression Share, CPA
- TikTok: Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPM, CTR, CVR
- Snapchat: Swipe-Up Rate, Story Completion Rate, CPA
- AppLovin: eCPM, Day-7 ROAS, Install Rate, LTV
- NewsBreak: CTR, CPC, Time-on-Site, Conversion Rate
- Native: CTR, Scroll Depth, Engagement Rate, ROAS
- Scale winners aggressively, kill losers efficiently, and document learnings per platform and per niche
- Deliver weekly performance reports with clear, platform-by-platform insights and next-week action plans
- Stay current on algorithm changes, ad policies, and creative best practices across all six platforms Team Coordination
- Coordinate with pod heads, video editors, and UGC creators within our media buyer pod structure
- Brief designers and editors for platform-specific creative formats across all channels Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on media buying experience with proven, documented results on at least 3 of the 6 platforms listed
- Must have managed $30,000–$80,000 USD/month in combined ad spend with measurable ROAS outcomes
- Proven track record managing ₹3L+ monthly ad budgets with documented performance
- Solid funnel understanding — from ad hook to landing page to checkout — and how funnel dynamics differ across:
- Intent (Google Search)
- Disruption (TikTok, Snapchat)
- In-app discovery (AppLovin)
- News-feed native (NewsBreak, Native networks)
- Comfortable reading and acting on data: ROAS, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, AOV, and all platform-specific metrics
- Hands-on with: Google Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, GA4, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, AppLovin dashboard, NewsBreak Ads Manager, and at least one Native DSP (Taboola / Outbrain / MGID)
- Strong creative eye — you can immediately tell what creative belongs on TikTok vs. Snapchat vs. NewsBreak vs. a native content feed
- Fast communicator with a strong bias for execution over discussion Nice to Have
- Experience with digital products, e-commerce, or info-product brands
- Working knowledge of Shopify analytics and attribution tools like Triple Whale, Hyros, or Northbeam
- Experience briefing UGC creators and working with video editors
- Familiarity with Klaviyo and email marketing flows
