Position: Manager EAF Revival & Operations (Steel Casting)

Company: Leading Melting & Foundry shop unit specializing in high-quality Steel castings and engineering. Location: Bhilai, India Experience: 8-12 years in foundry operations, EAF management & steel melting Industry: Steel Casting / Foundry Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the revival and optimization of an existing Electric Arc Furnace for steel casting
- Develop and implement process improvements for effective steel melting and casting
- Oversee maintenance, refractory lining, and electrode management
- Ensure quality control and defect-free steel casting production
- Manage team training, workflow planning, and compliance Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven expertise in EAF revival, troubleshooting, and optimization for steel casting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
