Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-skilled Automobile Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, schedule showroom visits, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicles, offers, finance, and services. Generate and maintain customer leads. Schedule showroom visits, test rides, and follow-up calls. Maintain proper call records and customer database. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion. Explain ongoing offers and promotional schemes to customers. Follow up with pending and interested customers regularly. Maintain professional communication with customers.

Required Skills:

Valuable communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge. Strong customer handling skills. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Positive attitude and teamwork ability.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Experience in telecalling/customer support will be preferred. Freshers can also apply.

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month Incentives
