We are looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-friendly Customer Support Executive to join our eCommerce brand.

Fluent in Hindi & English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities: Handling customer queries on WhatsApp, calls & email Managing order-related issues and follow-ups Coordinating with courier partners when needed Maintaining polite and skilled communication

Requirements: Positive communication skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to work independently from home Prior eCommerce/customer support experience is a plus
