Factory Manager Role Overview: We are seeking a disciplined Factory Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead our plant operations. You will be responsible for ensuring high productivity while maintaining strict workplace discipline and safety standards. Crucially, you will serve as the Legal Factory Occupier, ensuring full compliance with the Factories Act and all statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily production schedules and ensure resources are utilized efficiently to meet targets.
- Safety & Environment: Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE) protocols to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
- Discipline Management: Maintain workforce discipline, manage shift timings.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in production and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance quality and safety. Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in factory management or senior plant operations.
