– Senior Injection Moulding Incharge Job Title: Senior Injection Moulding Incharge Department: Manufacturing / Production Reporting To: Production Manager Job Type: Full-time Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Injection Moulding Incharge to lead and supervise injection moulding operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining product quality, reducing downtime, and achieving production targets. The candidate should also possess strong knowledge of mould repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of injection moulding machines and moulds. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day injection moulding production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance, mould setup, cycle times, and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot moulding defects, machine breakdowns, and process-related issues.
- Perform and supervise mould repair, preventive maintenance, and routine servicing activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine maintenance and breakdown handling.
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of moulds and auxiliary equipment.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce rejection rates.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
- Train and guide operators and production staff on moulding operations and maintenance practices.
- Maintain production reports, maintenance records, and shift documentation.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage during production. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in injection moulding operations and maintenance in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, processing parameters, and raw materials.
- Hands-on experience in mould repair, mould maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems related to moulding machines.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and production planning processes. Skills & Competencies
