Debt Recovery Manager (Bhimavaram)

Dear Debt. Recovery Professionals, We Are Hiring – Recovery Manager Coastal Aquaculture is looking for an experienced Recovery Manager for handling distributor payment collections across Coastal Andhra Pradesh distrcits. Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with distributors for pending payments.
- Visit distributor locations for collection and recovery activities.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts against company sales.
- Coordinate with HO Finance and Sales teams for payment verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain collection and recovery reports.
- Inform management about long-pending/default payment cases.
- Extensive travel across Coastal Andhra Pradesh is required. Desired Profile:
- Any Degree with 7 to 10 years of experience in recovery, collection, or distributor handling is mandatory.
- Strong Telugu communication skills are mandatory.
- English speaking knowledge is required.
- Good influencing and follow-up skills.
- MS Office knowledge is mandatory.
- Candidates should be willing to travel extensively.
- Candidates from West Godavari, Eluru, or Krishna District are preferred. This is an individual contributor role. Pay: ₹40,000.00
