Regional Finance Controller (Manesar)

Role & responsibilities
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures, internal controls, and company policies
- Manage plant controlling, standard costing, variance analysis, and profitability tracking
- Drive cash flow optimization including CAPEX, inventory, and overdue management
- Handle R&D;, engineering, tooling, and prototype cost controlling
- Support program controlling activities including business plans, profitability improvement, and financial analysis
- Partner with plant leadership to drive operational efficiency and productivity initiatives
- Collaborate with Shared Service Centers, auditors, and cross-functional teams
- Lead and develop the controlling team while ensuring financial awareness across operations Preferred candidate profile
- Experience Minimum 10 Years
- Qualification CA / CS+CA / CS+CMA / CS+MBA\
- Industry Experience – Purely Manufacturing, Plant Experience
