Senior Quality Assurance Manager (Manesar)

Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager. The role involves overseeing and ensuring the highest standards in quality control processes across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, supervising quality control activities, training quality personnel, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. The manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications Expertise in Quality Control processes, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and conducting internal and external audits Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in industry standards and regulations, including ISO systems Excellent team leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) are a plus Proven experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry, preferably in a leadership role Familiarity with Lead Alloys, batteries, or similar manufacturing materials and processes is advantageous Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4m3bm3
