- Hands on skill for Quality evaluation of functional parts including inspection instruments/welding process/welding tests/End of Lines Tests/Leak testing Equipment / gauges etc
- Understanding of manufacturing process and best practices of mechanism and glasses , other functional parts
- Analysis and root cause identification of Quality issues of such parts.
- Knowledge and practical application of Quality Control Tools like APQP, FMEA, Control plan/ SPC, MSA, Six Sigma etc
- Customer handling for in-house customers.
