Role & responsibilities: Hiring a People Operations Consultant Primary focus on Sales Hiring with broader HR Generalist responsibilities for a Reputed European FMCG MNC:
- Own end-to-end Sales recruitment sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers & joining formalities
- Build talent pipelines via job portals, referrals, social hiring, headhunting, campus hiring & competitor mapping
- Develop Job Descriptions with hiring managers; maintain ATS trackers & hiring MIS
- Coordinate induction, onboarding & annual training calendar (functional, sales & soft skills)
- Identify training needs; manage trainer coordination, logistics & effectiveness tracking
- Plan & execute annual employee engagement calendar townhalls, wellness, recognition & pulse surveys
- Coordinate performance review cycles (mid-year/annual) timelines, documentation & calibration support
- Manage people operations employee records, HRIS, payroll inputs, attendance, leave & probation tracking
- Ensure labour compliance documentation; coordinate statutory filings, renewals & audits
- Manage end-to-end offboarding exit formalities, interviews, clearances & HRIS updates
- Track vendor/contractor agreements, renewals & documentation Preferred candidate profile:
- 3 to 5 years in People Operations / HR Generalist roles / Talent Acquisition (End to End Recruitment)
- Robust hands-on Sales recruitment experience is a must
- Experience in L&D; coordination & employee engagement
- Sound understanding of labour compliance & HR documentation
- Worked on HRIS & ATS tools; SAP is an added advantage
- Proficient in Google Workspace & MS Office
- Strong coordination, follow-up & stakeholder management skills
- High on confidentiality, integrity & attention to detail
- Self-driven; comfortable working independently in a contractual role
