General Manager- Gummies Manufacturing (Manesar)

Company Description Fermentis Lifesciences (FLS) is a leading contract manufacturing partner for the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, and health and wellness industries. We specialize in end-to-end manufacturing of gummies, nutrition bars, powders, capsules, tablets, liquids, and softgels, catering to private-label and custom-formulation requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead complete gummies manufacturing operations, including cooking, depositing, drying, coating, demoulding, and packaging. 2. Manage production planning, manpower, machine utilization, and operational efficiency. 3. Handle gummy formulations, including gelatin-based, pectin-based, sugar-free, vitamin, and herbal gummies. 4. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, SOPs, and food safety standards. 5. Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D;, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations. 6. Drive process improvement, wastage control, and productivity enhancement initiatives. 7. Handle audits, production documentation, and regulatory compliance activities. Candidate Requirements 1. B.Tech in Food Technology / Food Engineering 2. Minimum 10 years of experience in food/nutraceutical manufacturing 3. Solid hands-on experience in gummies manufacturing and plant operations 4. Experience in third-party/contract manufacturing preferred 5. Strong leadership, technical, and operational management skills Preferred Expertise
