Placement Officer – Skill Development (Sidhrawali)

Position : Placement Officer – Skill Development Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field Experience: 1–3 years of experience in placements, or industry coordination (preferred) Hands-on experience in placing candidates from skill development centres or similar training programs is highly preferred Location : Sidhrawali, Delhi

Role Objective To facilitate job placements for students from RKMF’s Skill Development Centers by building employer partnerships and coordinating placement activities. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with employers for student placements
- Develop and manage a database of recruiters and industry contacts
- Coordinate with HR teams to identify job openings and hiring needs
- Organize placement drives, interviews, and job fairs
- Match student profiles with suitable job opportunities
- Ensure smooth coordination between employers and candidates
- Work with trainers to assess student readiness and support basic interview preparation
- Track student performance, placements, and post-placement retention
- Maintain placement records and prepare reports for management review
- Identify industry demand trends and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Skills
