Casual Workmen Iti/helper Manesar

We are looking for skilled and experienced Casual Workmen (ITI-qualified or Helpers) with 0 to 2 years of experience to support day-to-day operational, maintenance, and site activities. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in mechanical, electrical, or fabrication tasks and be able to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility Assist technicians, operators, and supervisors in routine production activities. Carry out basic mechanical, electrical, or fabrication tasks as needed. Support the achievement of daily and shift-wise production targets. Follow production plans, work instructions, and supervisor guidance. Perform quality checks on work done according to standard procedures. Inspect materials, components, and finished work for visible defects. Ensure work output meets quality and productivity standards. Report production delays, quality issues, or material shortages to supervisors. Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely. Perform loading, unloading, cleaning, and housekeeping activities. Support breakdown, maintenance, and installation activities. Follow safety rules, site discipline, and PPE requirements. Complete assigned tasks within stipulated time.

Job Requirements ITI qualification is mandatory. Ability to work in a team setting and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks. Good communication skills and ability to report production issues. Ability to handle tools, equipment, and materials safely. Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
