1.Supplier Development
- Map supplier potential and expand procurement network Strengthen long-term engagement with key suppliers

2.. Buying Strategy & Supplier Management :-Build relationships with dismantlers, scrap dealers, OEMs, ELV recyclers ;Develop long-term tie-ups with OEMs and RVSFs ; Drive sourcing from organized and unorganized markets

3.. Target Setting & Execution : Achieve weekly, and monthly procurement targets

Take corrective actions based on performance

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting : Track price trends and competitor activity , Convert insights into actionable buying strategies

5. Filed Visit :- Visit Market to understand the market and Supplier Networks, Develop relationship, Inspect & Value materials Skill(s) required Effective Communication English Proficiency (Written) Interpersonal skills Marketing Negotiation Sales Management Earn certifications in these skills Other requirements Qualification :- MBA, BBA , B.TECH
