Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Manesar. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role involves managing payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records in coordination with the finance team. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, support conflict resolution, and drive engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. The position also includes planning and delivering training programs, supporting organizational development, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning and succession strategies. Qualifications
- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in the Indian manufacturing or similar sector.
