Senior Manager/DGM - Accounts Operations (Manesar)

Role & responsibilities
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- Robust experience in Accounts Operations, Financial Reporting, and Balance Sheet Finalisation
- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred Accounts & Finance Operations
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Banking.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure.
- Monitor accounting entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Review reconciliation of bank accounts, inter-company accounts, and balance sheet schedules. Finalisation of Balance Sheet
- Lead preparation and finalisation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Companies Act, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax auditors for timely completion of audits.
