Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager
- Maintenance, based in Tijara. The role involves overseeing daily maintenance operations, implementing preventive maintenance measures, managing equipment maintenance activities, and ensuring smooth functioning of manufacturing processes. The Deputy Manager will lead a team, address maintenance challenges, manage repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Qualifications Possess strong Supervisory Skills to oversee maintenance teams and coordinate activities effectively. Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to ensure optimal operational performance and quick resolution of breakdowns. Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management to minimize downtime and optimize equipment lifespan. Solid knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and technical acumen relevant to manufacturing maintenance. Bachelor's degree in Electronics and instrumentation engineering equivalent to electrical engineering. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage teams, and excellent communication abilities.
