Description
Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers regarding testing requirements for home appliances and electrical/electronic products.
- Handle inquiries related to testing services, quotations, sample submission, timelines, and reports.
- Maintain proper records of customer communications, sample details, and project status.
- Coordinate internally with laboratory engineers and technical teams for timely execution of testing activities.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents, approvals, payments, and sample dispatches.
- Assist in preparation and sharing of quotations, work orders, invoices, and test reports.
- Update customers regarding testing progress and report delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation as per NABL / ISO 17025 quality management procedures.
- Support business development activities through customer engagement and service coordination. Preferred candidate profile
- 5-7 years of experience in customer coordination, laboratory coordination, client servicing, or back-office operations preferred.
- Good understanding of electrical/electronic or home appliance products will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
