Job Title: Executive Assistant Experience: 1-2 years Compensation:₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month Location: Manesar Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, dependable,and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing appointments Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment with business priorities Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) with clear action items Track follow-ups and ensure timely closure of tasksHandle travel planning including bookings, itineraries, and logistics Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive information Act as a point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholdersRequirements 1-2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role Strong command of spoken and written English Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion Preferred Traits Strong attention to detail Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
