Injection Moulding Production Manager (Bhiwadi)

Production Manager – Plastic & Stainless Steel ManufacturingResponsibilities:
- Handle daily production activities for Injection Moulding, PET Blowing, PET Preform, and Stainless Steel Bottle operations
- Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum rejection and downtime
- Monitor machine performance, cycle time, productivity, and manpower efficiency
- Manage production planning as per dispatch schedules and customer requirements
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, tool room, and dispatch departments for smooth operations
- Supervise operators, supervisors, and shift incharges on the production floor
- Ensure proper machine setting, process control, and production quality standards
- Reduce production losses, material wastage, and machine breakdown time
- Maintain production reports, shift reports, and daily output records
- Ensure safety, discipline, housekeeping, and smooth factory operations
- Support management in process improvement and productivity enhancement activities Requirements:
- Strong experience in Plastic Manufacturing and Household Products Industry
- Hands-on knowledge of Injection Moulding Machines, PET Blowing Machines, and PET Preform production
- Experience in handling production teams and shift operations
- Knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and rejection control
- Basic understanding of molds, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Positive leadership, communication, and manpower handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant production experience preferred Pay: ₹55,000.00
