We serve the automotive, engineering, and industrial sectors with a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Area Sales Manager to take charge of the Gurgoan region. This role requires mandatory prior experience in VCI and Industrial Packaging. You will be the operational and strategic face of Benz Packaging in Gurgoan, managing existing key accounts while driving new business. You will act as the vital link between customers, our logistics team, and operations to ensure seamless order execution, from quotation to final dispatch.Target Industries∏ Focus Core Industry Focus: You must have a proven track record of selling to: Automotive OEMs Automotive Ancillaries General Automobile Industry Mandatory Product Exposure: You should possess deep technical knowledge of: VCI Products (Films, Papers, Emitters) Desiccants (Clay, Silica, Container)Rust Preventive (RP) Oils Traditional Packaging (Wooden Boxes, Pallets, corrugated boxes) Key Responsibilities Sales Operations&Management;: Manage the end-to-end sales operations for the territory of Gurgoan , ensuring monthly targets and service standards are met. Coordinate efficiently with existing and new customers to manage orders, technical queries, quotations, techno-commercial discussions and payment follow-ups.Logistics&Dispatch; Coordination: Handle shipping and transportation coordination, ensuring goods move smoothly from the company warehouse to customer locations. Visit the local warehouse regularly to monitor stock levels, dispatch readiness, and documentation accuracy (Invoices/E-Way bills). Customer Relationship Management:Conduct frequent on-site customer visits (Plants/Warehouses) to ensure product performance satisfaction and strengthen relationships. Act as the first responder for any technical issues regarding VCI application or rust prevention. Reporting&Strategy;: Collaborate with the National Sales Head to plan, forecast, and execute regional sales initiatives. Prepare and maintain detailed sales records, shipment schedules, and daily activity reports on Odoo/Excel. Required Skills&Qualifications; Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Area Sales Management. Constraint: Experience must be in a VCI or Industrial Packaging company. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Technical Proficiency:Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred. Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Key Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with Plant Heads and Purchase Managers. Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple dispatch schedules simultaneously.Effective problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
