Production Manager (Bhiwandi)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities across departments (wood, metal, acrylic, paint, etc.)
- Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines
- Monitor quality standards and implement QC processes at every stage
- Coordinate with design and sales teams for project planning and execution
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and materials for maximum efficiency
- Maintain production schedules and ensure adherence
- Identify process improvements to reduce wastage and increase productivity
- Handle vendor coordination for outsourced work (e.g., powder coating, specialized finishes)
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machinery
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and daily progress updates
- Implement safety practices and maintain discipline on the shop floor
- Train and develop production team members. Key Requirements:
- 15-20 years of experience in furniture or retail fixture manufacturing
- Solid knowledge of production processes (woodwork, metal, finishing, etc.)
- Experience in handling a team of workers and supervisors.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
