Job Title: Picker / Packer & Movers Industry: Retail Shoes Company Location: Bhiwandi, Vadpe, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year in picker, packer, warehouse, loading/unloading, logistics, or movers-related work Job Summary: We are urgently hiring Picker / Packer & Movers for a retail shoes warehouse in Bhiwandi, Vadpe, Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for picking products, packing shoe boxes, moving stock, loading/unloading cartons, and supporting warehouse dispatch operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards. Responsibilities
- Pick products from racks or storage locations as per order requirements.
- Pack shoe boxes and cartons properly for dispatch and safe handling.
- Load, unload, move, sort, and organize goods inside the warehouse.
- Check products for damage and report missing or incorrect items to the supervisor.
- Support labeling, shipment preparation, and daily order fulfillment targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and warehouse safety standards. Salary and benefits
- 6 months to 1 year experience: Rs. 14,200 in hand + PF + Medical / ESIC
- Attendance bonus: Rs. 1,500 on 26 days present
- OT: Rs. 103 per hour; daily 2 to 3 hours OT available
- Night allowance: Rs. 175 per night; up to Rs. 4,550 for 26 nights
- Breakfast coupon: Rs. 45 after 9 hours duty; up to Rs. 1,170 for 26 days. Pay: ₹14,200.00
