Field Executive loading and unloading (Bhiwandi)

Job Summary The Loading & Unloading Executive will be responsible for handling courier shipments, loading and unloading vehicles, sorting parcels, and supporting smooth warehouse operations while ensuring safety and timely dispatch activities. Key Responsibilities
· Load and unload courier shipments from delivery vehicles.
· Sort and organize parcels according to routes and destinations.
· Handle packages carefully to avoid damage or loss.
· Assist in dispatch and receiving activities.
· Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement within the warehouse.
· Follow company safety standards and operational procedures.
· Report damaged or misplaced shipments to supervisors.
· Support scanning, labelling, and shipment tracking activities when required. Eligibility Criteria
· Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent.
· Prior warehouse or courier experience preferred.
· Physically fit and capable of lifting parcels.
· Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
