workplace environment. This position involves overseeing safety protocols, conducting maintenance

checks, and implementing strategies to prevent accidents and maintain equipment efficiency. The

Safety & Maintenance Executive collaborates with various departments to enforce safety regulations

and promote a culture of safety within the organization. RESPONSIBILITY: Following are specifics responsibility for this role:
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Coordinate safety training programs for employees to enhance awareness and promote secure work practices.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Sales Assistance:
• Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports for regulatory compliance and analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads to address safety concerns and implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment parts, and initiate procurement as needed.
• Stay informed about emerging safety trends, regulations, and technologies to continuously improve safety practices and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections as required.
• Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff, fostering a culture of teamwork,

accountability, and excellence. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering and Occupational Health and Safety, or a

related field. Certification in safety management is preferred. SKILLS:
