Dispatch & Packaging Supervisor Bhiwandi

Job Summary:

Malu Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch & Packaging Supervisor to manage daily dispatch operations, packaging activities, and coordination with production and logistics teams.

Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise daily packaging and dispatch activities Ensure proper packing of finished goods as per company standards Check product quantity, labeling, and batch details before dispatch Maintain dispatch records and delivery documentation Coordinate with production team for ready goods Ensure timely loading and dispatch of materials Maintain inward and outward stock registers Supervise packing staff and assign daily work Ensure proper handling of medical products (knee caps, healthcare items etc.) Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) system in dispatch Ensure zero dispatch errors and damage control, Coordinate with transport/logistics vendor Support stock verification and audit requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience: Warehouse management: 2 years (Preferred)
