Manager Repair & Mentainance (Bhiwandi)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Repair and replace defective vehicle parts and components.
- Conduct engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and steering repairs.
- Inspect vehicles for safety and operational efficiency.
- Use diagnostic tools and computerized testing equipment.
- Perform oil changes, lubrication, tire replacement, wheel alignment, and battery servicing.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and transport regulations.
- Respond to vehicle breakdowns and emergency roadside repairs when required.
- Coordinate with fleet managers and drivers regarding vehicle issues and repair schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area. Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of diesel and commercial vehicle systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and diagnostic reports.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostic software and tools.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Time management and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and workshop practices. Pay: ₹25,000.00
