– Sales Executive (Interior Designing Firm) Position: Sales Executive Industry: Interior Designing / Interior Fit-Outs Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Kasarvadvali Thane Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of sales experience to generate leads, acquire clients, and drive business growth for our interior design projects. The candidate should possess robust communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements.
- Present company services, design solutions, and project proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are understood.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of interior design projects, fit-outs, or construction-related sales will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Architecture, Furniture, or Construction industry preferred. Salary As per industry standards and candidate experience. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads generated.
- Client meetings conducted.
- Conversion ratio of inquiries to projects.
- Monthly sales revenue achieved.
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collection and payment follow-up from clients. Preferred Candidate Profile: A self-motivated professional with a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in the interior design industry. Pay: ₹12,545.25
